For Nadeem, becoming a driving instructor wasn't just a career change—it was a journey back to his roots. The seeds were planted decades ago by his father, who established one of the first driving instructor schools in Dubai, UAE during the 1980s. Growing up, Nadeem was inspired by his father's dedication to teaching and his passion for road safety, but a different career path called to him.
However, life took an unexpected turn during the COVID-19 pandemic. The shift in pace and the newfound focus on family life, particularly with his busy life with twin children, made Nadeem re-evaluate his career. He realised he wanted a profession that offered greater flexibility and allowed him to spend more time with his family, while also providing a sense of purpose.
Returning to the legacy of his father, Nadeem found his true calling. He pursued his certification to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), bringing a fresh perspective and a deep-seated passion for helping others achieve their independence on the road. Today, Nadeem is proud to carry on his family's tradition, helping a new generation of drivers navigate the road safely and with confidence.
